명령 없는 재향군인회는 재향군인 주도의 비영리, 초당파적 단체로 깨끗한 물과 기타 필수 서비스를 제공받지 못하는 인구를 지원합니다. 우리의 목표는 제복을 입고 얻은 기술을 활용하여 전 세계에서 지속 가능한 인도주의 프로젝트를 수행함으로써 인류를 위해 계속 봉사하는 것입니다. VWO의 창립 멤버 중 다수는 민사단에서 복무하며 필요를 평가하고 솔루션을 개발하며 현지 파트너와 협력하여 솔루션을 구현하는 데 있어 폭넓은 전문성을 쌓았습니다. 우리의 모델은 전투 또는 위기 상황에서 현지 시민이 필요로 하는 중요한 요구 사항을 파악하는 데 특화된 미 육군 민사팀 개념에 부분적으로 기반을 두고 있습니다.
