How do you use a Sawyer Mini with smart water bottle?

Using a Sawyer Mini with a smart water bottle is a great way to ensure that you always have access to safe, clean drinking water while on the go. To get started, you’ll need to attach the Sawyer Mini filter to the bottle’s water intake valve.

Depending on the type of bottle, this may be done with screw-on fittings or by inserting the filter directly into the valve. Once the filter is properly attached, all you need to do is fill the bottle with water from any lake, river or stream.

As the water passes through the filter, particles as small as 0.1 microns are removed, leaving you with clean, odorless and safe drinking water.

To ensure the most thorough filtration, it’s important to squeeze your bottle as you fill it. Doing so will force the water through the filter as quickly and effectively as possible. In addition to removing both contaminants and many harmful bacteria, the Sawyer Mini also removes up to 99.

99999% of microplastics. Once the bottle is full and filtered, you can simply unscrew the filter, cap it and enjoy your safe, clean drinking water on the go.
